Customer Service Representative - German Speaking
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dublin City Centre. The successful candidate will be fluent in German and possess excellent communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide information on pension payments, including handling requests for missing payments and providing details on previous payments.
* Assist customers with queries related to payment methods, such as Western Union and cheque payments.
* Process changes to customer instructions and preferences regarding payment tools.
* Handle enquiries on international payments and process changes to personal data and customer addresses.
* Address miscellaneous queries, including proof of life procedures.
Requirements:
* Minimum 6 months experience in a customer service environment, preferably in finance, banking, payments or pensions sector.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
