Company description: FBD Holdings PLC Job description: Job Overview An opportunity has arisen for a Company Secretary Administrator to join the team and work in-house with a listed plc and regulated entity.
Location: FBD House, Bluebell, Dublin 12 Job Responsibilities Draft agendas in advance of Board and Board Committee meetings for review; Prepare Board and Committee meeting Packs for review; Arrangements for Board and Committee Meetings, including reserving meeting rooms, making lunch arrangements and organise travel arrangements where necessary; Maintain Company Secretarial Records and update whenever any relevant changes occur; Liaise with Directors regarding availability and organise Director Training according to the training schedule; Complete the Board and Board Committee checklist for meetings; Log all post received; Deal with queries and requests, on a day-to-day basis, from clients, shareholders, auditors and staff; Process invoices for Company Secretarial Function; Represent the Company in a professional manner and enhance the perception of the Company as client oriented, proactive and dedicated to providing a superior service; Support the Company Secretarial Function with administrative tasks; and Provide administrative support to the Group Company Secretary.
Education Leaving Certificate or equivalent exam.
Experiences Previous similar experience Effective organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks Ability to work to deadlines Ability to work on own initiative Strong written communication skills with proven ability in the use of the English language Ability to work as part of a team MCC This role sits within Pay Band A of FBDs Commercial's Pay band Footer This role will involve travelling around Ireland from time to time, therefore, a full drivers license is required.
Mileage will be provided.
