Job Description
Your new company is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced audit senior to lead audit engagements and ensure compliance with auditing standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead audit engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring adherence to auditing standards and regulatory requirements.
* Prepare and review audit documentation and financial statements.
* Conduct risk assessments and develop audit strategies.
* Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, providing guidance and support.
* Communicate effectively with clients to gather information and provide updates on audit progress.
* Identify and communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients and management.
* Assist in the preparation of audit reports and presentations.
* Stay current with changes in auditing standards and regulations.
* Participate in business development activities, including client meetings and proposal preparation.
Qualifications and Skills:
* ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in audit within an accountancy practice.
* Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and practices.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient at using audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
