Is this you? 14 years of experience in a customer support or product support role Hands-on experience with ticketing systems Must have used Zendesk or Intercom Must have used Jira or Azure DevOps Strong SQL skills: ability to extract, join, and filter data to troubleshoot and resolve issues A natural problem solver with an eye for continuous improvement Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal A team player with a logical mindset, who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Some understanding of APIs (GET/POST requests, query parameters, response formats) is a bonus, but not essential Salary / Benefits: Great work/life balance, no overtime.
