Duties
1. Building and maintaining strong relationships and communication with key corporate customer accounts
2. Build on customer confidence and act as a trusted advisor
3. Hold regular meetings with all customers, monitoring and highlighting any issues that they may be facing
4. Provide customers with analytics and additional reporting mechanisms for effective fleet management solutions
5. Provide expert information on products offered
6. Maximise customer retention by offering excellent customer service excellence
7. Track, review and analyse all customer survey feedback to develop plans to increase ratings and address customer concerns
8. Understand customer needs, ensuring service delivery is best in class
9. Keep up to date with legislative, industry and product developments to provide appropriate and accurate advice
10. Take ownership of customer issues arising, working collaboratively with colleagues across other functions for swift resolution
Skills & Qualifications Required
11. 3+ years plus experience in customer relationship management
12. A strong background in customer service, project management and Medical based Technology
13. Strategic thinker and ability to analyse and solve problems quickly
14. Proficient presentation skills with the ability impact at all levels including senior executives
15. Expert in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
16. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
17. Degree educated preferably in Medical, Sport Science or Technology based subjects
This position is full-time and based in Office in County Kerry. Salary is open to negotiation and based on experiences and in the region of €42 – €50,000. For further information, please email me directly at
