HR Business Partner
The HR Business Partner will work with one of the leading Pharma organisations in Dublin, Clonshaugh, as part of an all-Ireland HR team.
This role offers a strong focus on culture and engagement, with opportunities to work on projects and develop relationships with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will have CIPD qualification, 5+ years of HR experience, and a solid understanding of Irish employment law.
Main Responsibilities:
* Point of contact for Human Resource queries for employees and managers
* Support management with restructuring, process-change, or change management initiatives
* Manage site recruitment strategy for all levels and departments
* Coordinate headcount budget with managers
* Ensure best practice in performance management
* Provide expertise on performance management process and system for relevant departments
* Ensure site Training Policy addresses both business and individual employee developmental needs
* Own development of annual plant-wide training needs analysis
* Proactively develop, implement, and/or support relevant projects delivering site objectives
* Lead Site initiatives, such as learning & development, Values & Mission, performance management, communications, delivering HR strategy and Site Business Objectives
* Ensure salary and benefits are maintained within Company grade structure for the site, leading to consistency across the business
