About the Role:
We are seeking an Executive Officer to join our Regulation team within the Chief Inspector of Social Services Directorate.
The role will support the work of the Directorate, encompassing administrative duties, project support, internal and external stakeholder engagement, and the execution of quality activities specific to the work of the Regulation Team.
The successful candidate will also support the Programme Coordinator in the line management of Clerical Officers, including task allocation, training delivery, and solution identification.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Regulation team
* Assist with project planning and implementation
* Engage with internal and external stakeholders
* Support the execution of quality activities
* Line manage Clerical Officers
Requirements:
