Digital Customer Engagement Manager
We are partnering with a well-established financial services institution to recruit a Digital Customer Engagement Manager.
About the Role
This role will play a key part in shaping and delivering the customer communications strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, develop, test, and optimise targeted multichannel campaigns
* Implement testing strategies to enhance customer engagement
* Generate reports to analyse customer website navigation and behaviour
* Contribute to audience segmentation strategies to personalise communications and improve customer experience
* Support the Customer Engagement Strategy, driving commercial success, engagement, and loyalty
* Lead customer engagement working groups, shaping content, recommending digital engagement approaches, and supporting technical integrations
* Analyse customer data and campaign performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Requirements
* Proven experience in developing and managing customer communication campaigns, including content creation
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and optimise campaign performance
* Experience in digital marketing or a customer communications role within a digital environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content
* Adaptable, proactive, and able to take ownership of projects independently
