Job Description
We have an immediate requirement for a sales co-ordinator for our busy Sales Department.
As Sales Co-ordinator you will play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of sales transactions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent organisational skills and a passion for the motor industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Processing customer orders and sales quotations accurately and efficiently
2. Co-ordinating with the sales team to ensure timely completion of customer sales
3. Maintaining up to date vehicle stock records and CRM systems
4. Handling customer enquiries, providing information and ensuring customer satisfaction
5. Work in collaboration with workshops to streamline the sales process
6. Assisting with the preparation of sales reports
7. Supporting promotional events and marketing initiatives as required
Key Requirements
1. Previous experience in a similar role within the motor industry or a sales administration role
2. Highly organised with the ability to multitask
3. Excellent IT & Communication skills for customer service
4. Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft office and other sales related software
5. High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
