The Role:
We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to:
* Build a personal book of business.
* Meet or exceed target fees and KPIs.
* Source and qualify candidates to meet job requirements, confirming availability, capability/fit, and interest.
* Develop, maintain, and manage client accounts.
* Take ownership of personal and professional development.
* Provide coaching and mentoring support to associates and other consultants.
* Lead by example, ensuring Cpl's best practices and Core Values are always demonstrated.
* Develop an in-depth knowledge of industry sector and/or functional area.
* Contribute positively to social media mediums to drive networking, candidate identification, and client relations.
Skills Required:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience in areas such as agency recruitment, sales, client relationship building, and business development.
* Temporary or permanent agency experience is desirable.
* Effective communication and influencing skills, with great energy and excellent presentation skills.
* Good IT skills.
* The ability to multitask and be delivery-focused.
