Your new company is working with Hays to find a SHEQ Advisor for a leading manufacturer and installer of high-quality kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom furniture in Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, and the UK.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking company as a key member of their senior management team based in Co. Antrim.
As a SHEQ Advisor, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive Health and Safety culture, managing and improving the company's Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality Policies and procedures.
You will design, implement, and monitor SHEQ policies and activities across all sites, ensuring that products meet the highest standards and working conditions are compliant and safe.
The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline, such as Health & Safety, Engineering, Construction, or a related field, along with experience in Health & Safety and knowledge of local/national/EU HSEQ legislation and standards.
Additionally, you should have experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems.
