Job Overview:
Join our dynamic team in Gort, Ireland, where you will play a key role in supporting the seamless transition of a product line from Italy to our facility. As a Technical Operator, you will perform final sub-assembly and testing of medical diagnostic amplifiers (EEG/EMG/IOM), including all hardware and software options, ensuring they meet customer specifications. You will execute these tasks individually or collaboratively under tight deadlines, adhering to company procedures and quality standards.
What you’ll get to do in this role:
1. Assemble and test company products using appropriate equipment, techniques, and procedures to meet required quality standards and allocated timeframes.
2. Operate and maintain tools, capital equipment, and processes relevant to your tasks.
3. Accurately complete all required documentation and ensure compliance with procedures.
4. Work independently and collaboratively to achieve production goals.
5. Follow all Quality System procedures related to the role, ensuring the production of high-quality products for our customers.
6. Observe all health, safety, and good manufacturing practices while working with process and plant material equipment, and ensure protective measures are in place.
7. Ensure company equipment, materials, and documents are properly used and returned after work.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned.
What we are looking for:
1. Minimum of 1+ years on a production line in a Medical Device or Electronics environment.
2. Leaving Cert or equivalent level of education.
3. Computer literacy, particularly with MS Office applications.
4. Proficiency in soldering at PCB level.
5. Familiarity with tools such as oscilloscopes, function generators, and multimeters.
6. A desire to thrive in an active, fast-paced environment.
7. Ability to lift and move items up to 25 pounds.
8. A commitment to teamwork and making a positive impact.
