Position: German Client Services Administrator
Location: Dublin City

Type: Permanent Position (Hybrid working model, 2 days in office + 3 days WFH after 4 weeks training on-site).
Hours of Work: Monday – Friday only (flexible start from 8-9am). 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities of the Role:
* Ensure that excellent quality service is delivered.
* Ensure all correspondence is dealt with in a timely manner.
* Work towards SLA’s.
* Attend meetings and take minutes as required.
* Manage business contracts and renewal schedules.
* Be committed to learning and developing extensive product knowledge.
* Multitask on your daily workload.
* Provide excellent customer service ensuring retention of clients and customer satisfaction.
Requirements for the Role:
* Full fluency in English and German both verbal and written.
* Previous experience in a customer-focused role.
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent multitasking and timekeeping skills.
* Previous experience of working in an office environment preferable.
