Requirements We're looking for a Retail Business Developer to spread the good word of Oatly in the Dublin area.
This role will focus building relationships & developing business in Key Retailers (Grocery, convenience & premium independents) and wholesalers in the Greater Dublin Area.
Here's the main elements of the role... Work closely with Oatly commercial team to develop and execute channel specific territory plan to drive sales, distribution, and availability Deliver Annual KPI Metrics (Distribution, Space, Activation) Targets for each key retailer.
Develop and in-depth understanding and knowledge of plant-based category including monitoring and reporting of competitor activity.
Identify and execute merchandising opportunities to maximise visibility and space allocation for Oatly in store including shelf space, secondary display & POS ensuring Oatly always shows up brilliantly at the point of purchase.
Develop great relationships with key stakeholders within your area (store owners, store managers, department managers) Identify new business opportunities through extensive knowledge of category & shopper dynamics.
If the below sounds like you, you could be the ideal person for this job: You must have experience in FMCG business development and have a passion for selling.
You must have a full drivers licence and be comfortable working solo 80% of the time You must have a demonstrable ability to prioritise workload with a focus on those opportunities with greatest return on investment.
You must be able to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities within a working day.
You must be comfortable using the standard software tools (Microsoft Office etc) Benefits .
