Senior Project Manager
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating project teams, including external consultants and service providers. This role requires strong technical understanding of renewable energy technology, experience in managing project budgets and schedules, and excellent communication skills.
* Coordinate project team activities, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
* Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
* Liaise with stakeholders, including senior management, external consultants, and service providers.
* Ensure compliance with Statkraft standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the early stage development and design of projects in line with Statkraft standards.
* Secure all necessary rights to build, including consents, permits, grid connection, and land rights.
* Work with the Statkraft grid team to secure grid capacity for wind and solar projects.
* Develop business cases for wind and solar projects with the commercial and markets teams.
* Contribute to the development of onshore wind and solar competence in Statkraft.
Qualifications
* Masters or university degree in engineering or natural sciences.
* Documented extensive experience in managing development projects, preferably in renewable energy.
* Proven track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure projects through development and construction stages.
* Strong technical understanding of renewable energy technology.
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and management skills.
