Our client in the motor industry is seeking an administrator to join their warranty and service team.
This role is based in their Dublin 22 offices, and we are looking for candidates with 3+ years of experience in administration roles.
Key Responsibilities
* In conjunction with the Warranty Manager, ensure that all warranty claims are processed in accordance with requirements and timelines.
* Process warranty claims and verify warranty status of vehicles in response to customer requests.
* Keep a log of all claims submitted versus reimbursements received from manufacturers.
* Review warranty literature and communicate requirements to staff internally and externally.
* Prepare for and facilitate warranty audits.
* Assist with service department administration, including invoicing and other duties as required.
* Cover service reception as needed and liaise with other teams in the business.
Candidate Requirements
* At least 3 years of experience working as a Service/Warranty Administrator in a dealership, preferably in a HGV environment.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to be highly flexible and organised.
* Good administrative skills and knowledge of Dealer Management Systems, preferably Kerridge CDK.
