Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Social Media Management Research and develop engaging written, audio and video content for all digital platforms including websites, social media, blogs, and email newsletters. Manage and maintain the content calendar, ensuring all deadlines are met, and content is optimised for search engines. Oversee content creation, editing, and publishing, ensuring it meets company guidelines and standards. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase engagement, website traffic, and social media followers/readership. Track and analyse the website and social media metrics and use the data to inform content decisions. Collaborate with the design team to create compelling visuals to accompany digital content. Develop branded content solution in partnership with the Media Solutions team Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our digital channels are cutting-edge and relevant. Digital Marketing Monitor industry trends and third-party organizations to maximize marketing opportunities. Manage blog posts on relevant topics to boost brand awareness and product visibility. Assist with digital media management, including PPC, Display, audio, and video marketing campaigns. Utilise customer and market insights to guide marketing and sales strategies.
