Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the plant, adhering to zero harm safety principles, participating in meetings, and driving business objectives. They will develop strong working relationships with production and maintenance staff to deliver improvements and efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, organize, and prioritize key resources within the Asset Care Team to drive overall plant performance.
* Create daily/weekly asset care plans on IGMS and manage the Weekly Planning Meeting as per AMIS guidelines.
* Assign work to the Asset Care Team and ensure effective application of work planning, scheduling, assignment, and reporting procedures.
* Analyze all work orders/requests and create follow-up work orders.
* Drive a program to control spare parts on the IGMSCMMS system and partner with EES for ordering spares.
* Perform 6 S duties in workshop stores area, including associated building areas, and control contractors.
* Work with stock management, inventory control, and master data.
Requirements:
* Ability to work well in a cross-functional and changing environment.
* Forklift/Loader driving and yard/warehousing experience is desirable.
* Relevant experience in a food manufacturing/Milling facility is essential.
* Proficient IT literacy skills.
* Working knowledge of control-based systems.
* Strong customer focus, organization, and efficiency.
* Strong attention to detail and concern for standards.
* Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to work in teams.
