Summary: An experienced administrator is sought to manage day-to-day operations, provide exceptional customer service, and perform various administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain a well-organised environment to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Respond promptly to email and phone enquiries, manage the main phone line, and update internal accounts databases and spreadsheets.
* Create, collect, and manage all documentation.
* Provide an excellent level of customer service.
* Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks such as report generation, data entry, and scheduling.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar administration/clerical role for at least 2 years.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Scheduling/diary management expertise.
* Excellent data entry skills.
