Requirements
* 1-6 year+ PQE in Irish Employment Law [Contentious & Non-Contentious]
* Employer side Solicitors will ideally have experience and/or trained with Tier 1/Tier 2/Tier 3 Ranked firms
* Top/Mid or boutique Employment law firms in Ireland, Northern Ireland or the UK
* TUPE, contentious and corporate assistance in TUPE related matters
* Corporate transactions and TUPE law
Key Responsibilities
* Advising on a wide range of employment issues such as;
* Managing dismissals,
* Defending High Court injunctions and WRC claims,
* Workforce restructuring,
* Discrimination,
* Workplace investigations,
* Disciplinary procedures,
* Performance management,
* Enforceability of post-termination restrictive covenants,
* Employment financial services regulatory issues,
* Gender pay gap compliance,
* Managing sickness absence and other day to day employment issues;
* Claims before the WRC [Workplace Relations Commission] and Labour Court
Guiding and Advising Clients
* Guiding and advising clients through current, pending employment legislation and regulation
* Delivering pragmatic and flexible solutions
Candidates will have excellent technical knowledge of all current/impending Irish employment legislation and case law.
