We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housing Officer. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in sourcing, maintaining, and allocating company housing and commercial properties.
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of our properties, from initial sourcing to ongoing maintenance and allocation. This includes reviewing and approving lease agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines, and administering databases and records.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing and procurement of properties from external providers
2. Reviewing and approving lease agreements to ensure compliance
3. Allocating resources to meet company needs and policies
4. Database administration and record-keeping
5. Utility management, including connection and disconnection, billing, and reporting
6. Maintenance coordination and communication with external providers
7. Monitoring and reporting on utility usage
8. Property inspections and initial issue resolution
9. Correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders
Essential Skills:
1. 2+ years of administrative experience in a similar role
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
4. Strong time management and organizational skills
5. Collaborative problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
6. Resourcefulness and proactive approach to issues
7. Familiarity with Portuguese language an advantage but not essential
8. Full driving license
