The Role
* As the primary contact for business-to-business (B2B) customers, you will ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.
* Attention to detail is crucial in completing various administration tasks.
* This role combines customer service with order processing, including occasional phone calls and emails from customers.
Requirements
* We are looking for an individual who genuinely cares about people, possesses excellent communication skills, and fluency in English.
* Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment or customer-facing role is desirable but not mandatory.
* A can-do attitude, resourcefulness, and willingness to learn are essential qualities.
Work Arrangements
* You will work Monday to Friday, adhering to regular office hours (8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm).
* The hybrid model allows for 3 days per week working from our Dublin 22 office and 2 days from home.
* After successful onboarding and probation, you may request up to 6 weeks/30 working days of remote work from abroad (subject to terms and conditions).
