Pharmacy Business Executive (office based)
We are looking for a dynamic Business Executive to join our expanding pharmacy sales team.
As a Business Executive you will be commercially astute and decisive, as well as an excellent communicator who can effectively prioritise tasks. You will also have great persuasion, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Role and Key Responsibilities:
Engage with UK based Pharmacy customers over the phone to build relationships and to understand their individual needs and requirements
Maximise sales by continually achieving sales target, increasing order values, up selling and cross selling products on both incoming and outgoing calls
Complete a weekly outward call cycle
Focus on repeat customers and defend existing business while developing new opportunities with new and existing customers
Process orders via phone, email and web, generate quotes and collect payments
Maintain your awareness of changes and opportunities in the industry or customer base
Feed changes within the industry or customers back to the relevant people in the business
Requirements:
Previous tele sales or retail sales experience.
A confident and professional telephone manner
Excellent attention to detail & strong admin skills
Strong time-management skills and the ability to multi-task
The ability to work on own initiative and work effectively as part of a team
