We are seeking a dedicated Deli Manager with a passion for food and a desire to develop their career.
This role offers competitive pay, a possible 4-day work week with no late evenings and no weekends, and a generous benefits package including an annual bonus.
Salary: €35,000-€37,000
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage deli operations, including food preparation, staffing, and inventory management.
* Uphold health and safety standards, always ensuring compliance.
* Handle customer inquiries and issues promptly to maintain high service levels.
* Analyse sales data to optimise profitability and achieve targets.
* Train and develop team members to enhance performance and service quality.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Deli Manager or similar role with a focus on delivering top-of-the-line food and customer service.
* Strong leadership, organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
* Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
* Flexibility to work day-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
* Own transport preferred.
