What skills and experience you need:
* Be literate and numerate (fluent written and spoken English)
* Friendly disposition with good communication skills face to face and on telephone
* An enthusiasm and interest in the many aspects of the motor industry
* A good level of IT/Computer skills, IT Business Systems (Keyloop an advantage)
* Good attention to detail and organisational skills with a flexible approach to work
* Previous motor industry aftersales/parts knowledge is desirable but not essential
* Understanding of compliance with Health and Safety Rules and manufacturer guidelines
* Valid Visa/work permit to work in Ireland
About the Role:
* Working with the parts team and assisting retail and trade customers with all parts requests.
* Processing counter, telephone, email and online enquiries including estimates.
* Obtaining estimates/pricing using our systems.
* Ordering required parts using the Electronic parts catalogue.
* Attending to and fulfilling Service Dept./Fitters parts requirements.
* Co-ordinating daily parts deliveries.
* Pulling and packing of orders for dispatch as required.
* Assisting in receiving parts into stock in line with department procedures.
* Reviewing stock inventory and contributing to the annual stock check.
