• Experience in Banking Domain
• This role will require working in night shifts - days (Could be any days of the week based on ROTA)
• The candidates would be required working from Cabinteely (Dublin ) location all days
• This role will require resources to work additionally over weekends for any deployments etc
Responsibilities:
• Take ownership of issues and be proactive in coordinating distributed teams to resolve issues within the specified SLAs.
• Work closely with the team to share and prioritize work load for self and team members within cluster, consistent with any appropriate direction from customer.
