The Spencer Hotel is recruiting for the full-time position of HR Administrator. Applicants must have recent experience in a HR/Office Administration role and must be qualified / working towards HR Qualification.
Responsibilities:
* Administration - processing new starters, leavers and variances. Setting up for payroll.
* Arranging uniforms for new starts, organising lockers and name badges.
* Completing filing tasks on a weekly basis.
* Completing various paperwork requests for the HR Executive. In addition, accurately process all HR documentation.
* Recruitment posting advertisements on assisting with reference check and offer packs.
* Tracking absences, disciplinaries, leaves and awards, chasing paperwork.
* Assisting with the management of ALKIMII, ensuring all employee communication is kept up to date, communicating birthdays and length of service.
* Coordinating staff accommodation where necessary.
* Supporting with implementation of Policy & Procedures.
* Supporting Managers with note taking at investigations, grievance and disciplinary meetings.
* Assisting with employee reward and recognition programmes.
* Carry out any other duties as requested.
* Support the HR Executive in her role.
This is a very busy and fast paced role requiring the successful applicant to be proactive in their use of initiative and have a passion for attention to detail, highly efficient, organised and approachable. The successful applicant will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
With strong working knowledge of written, spoken English and IT Skills proficient in Word and Excel is essential.
