Job Title: Personal Assistant to Managing Director Location: Dublin, Ireland We are hiring for a Personal Assistant to support our client's Managing Director in Dublin 15.

This is a part-time opportunity, permanent.
Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
Assist in managing and prioritizing the Managing Director's email and communication.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Managing Director.
Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Previous experience supporting senior executives is a plus.
