Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).
It’s nice to be able to say things like that but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet. We want to show everyone that it’s possible to be a successful business while looking after people and the planet too, so we’re trying to get better in pretty much every way. And that’s where this job comes in.
What You'll Be Doing
Right now our business is growing fast and we are looking for someone to join our Irish team as a Field Sales Developer.
We are a small but perfectly formed team with big ambitions so it’ll be a real chance to make an impact on the results of the business.
As our Field Sales Developer, you’ll report to our Field Sales Manager. You’ll be winning new business by influencing our key food service and retail accounts in an innocent way in the Dublin and Leinster region.
We want you to help us sell as many drinks as we planned to (and a few more) by finding new customers and securing additional distribution in existing customers. You’ll be required to ensure promotions are implemented at store level and that we always look our best where our products are on sale.
It’ll be a real chance to make a difference to our business working together with the people here at Fruit Towers in Dublin as well as our food service and convenience sector partners.
You'll Have
We’re looking for someone who’s motivated by and has a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Things move fast at innocent so you’ll need to be able to pick things up pretty quickly and also be able to figure things out for yourself when you need to.
You’ll also need the following important attributes:
* A passion for selling - you’ll love working with people and be able to demonstrate a longer term vision of success for your customer. You’ll be a proven negotiator.
* You’ll be a team player who can contribute to the development of a high performing sales team.
