You are a highly motivated and experienced sales professional who can drive growth in the German market and build lasting relationships with our Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners and clients. We seek a candidate who is passionate about cloud technology, proven sales success, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and possesses excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Qualify and develop pipeline opportunities by collaborating with partners, client field representatives, and internal sales teams for the ISV industry.
* Research and pursue new leads within the German market through joint campaigns, events, prospecting, and strategic approaches.
* Cultivate and nurture key relationships, providing exceptional customer care and anticipating clients' needs by gaining deep insights into their requirements and customising solutions accordingly.
* Research to provide account intelligence, identify key stakeholders, and build relationships with IT decision-makers and practitioners.
* Participate in weekly and monthly meetings to review progress and strategies.
* Establish joint accountability between ISV sales teams and clients to move qualified opportunities through to closure ensuring to leverage repeatable sales plays and update pitches based on industry conversations.
* Delve on quarterly sales targets for specified ISVs enabled on client platforms
* Identify customer business challenges and technical requirements, mapping them to appropriate client contacts and partner solutions.
* Maintain strong communication with internal sales teams and external stakeholders, utilising various channels for effective management.
* Navigate through complex compliance requirements and operational procedures specific to each client and jurisdiction.
Experience Required:
* Fluency in both German and English (verbal and written)
* Understanding of foundational cloud technologies (e.g., network, compute, database, middleware, virtualization)
* Proven track record in exceeding sales pipeline or revenue goals in the technology industry.
* Experience in inside sales, partner and/or relationship management, and enterprise sales.
* Detailed experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in technology sales, with a focus on cloud computing solutions and cybersecurity.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent certificate in IT / cybersecurity fields. Practical experience also considered.
* Skilled in developing positive business relationships and closing sales.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
