Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Drogheda
A unique opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to play a crucial role in an ERP project, collaborating with senior leaders and project management to drive HR strategy alignment and deliver operational HR support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary HR contact for the ERP project, supporting project staff resourcing, performance management, onboarding, employee wellbeing, and incentive schemes.
* Partner with the Project Director to align team capabilities with project goals, manage HR processes, and ensure seamless integration with overall HR strategies.
* Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution, and collaborate with departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Track and analyze HR metrics tied to project milestones, addressing challenges proactively.
Candidate Profile:
* Minimum of 5 years experience in HR advisory or business partner roles, with expertise in Talent Development, Employee Relations, and Change Management and project experience.
* Strong communication and organizational skills; knowledge of ROI employment law essential.
* HR degree required, CIPD membership preferred.
