Temporary Assignment - 6 months - HR Assistant - Blackrock THE ROLE Basic Salary per annum: €35,000 (pro-rata).
Annual Leave: 27 days (pro-rata) This client is a regulatory body with offices in South Dublin.
As they are currently in a very busy period they are seeking a HR Assistant to work closely with the HR Executive.
This is a 6 month contract (with the possibility of extension) with a 35 hour working week.
Maximum of 1 day on-site: upon completion of training there will be some flexibility as to specific day.
The office is located in Blackrock, a short walk from the Dart.
The salary is €35,000 (pro-rata).
This is a small HR team who are looking for an efficient administrator to assist with operational requirements.
This person will get fantastic training in and exposure to all aspects of the HR lifecycle.
Role and responsibilities Manage HR inbox, respond to queries and provide forms and documents as requested.
Assist in the recruitment process including advertising roles, acknowledging applications, coordinating interview times and arranging interview packs.
Issuing feedback and collecting documentation from candidates.
Liaise with new starters and manage their associated paperwork, this will include drafting contracts.
General HR admin and filing.
Administration related to time and attendance system – setting up new profiles, making changes, providing reports as necessary.
Experience 1-2 years HR experience CIPD Qualified Experience working with MS Office including Excel and Powerpoint.
Demonstrable strength in organization and multi-tasking with strong interpersonal skills.
Experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
