Evening Housekeeping Manager (Turndown)
We are currently recruiting for an Evening Housekeeping Manager (Turndown) to oversee the evening housekeeping operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality turndown service and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Evening Operations: Oversee evening housekeeping operations, including turndown service, public area cleanliness, and guest room maintenance. Ensure timely and accurate completion of all housekeeping tasks during evening hours. Conduct pre-shift briefings with the team to assign duties and communicate any special instructions.
* Turndown Service Quality Control: Inspect guest rooms after turndown service to ensure they meet quality standards and provide a comfortable environment. Ensure consistency in the quality of linens, amenities, and room arrangements for an exceptional guest experience. Address any guest requests for additional evening services (e.g., extra towels, room refreshes).
* Team Leadership and Development: Supervise, train, and motivate the evening housekeeping team to perform at their best. Conduct regular training on turndown service standards, housekeeping procedures, and guest interaction. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, respect, and high performance.
* Guest Service and Satisfaction: Respond promptly to guest inquiries or complaints regarding evening housekeeping services. Work with other departments (e.g., Front Desk, Facilities) to ensure guest needs are met and special requests are fulfilled. Take immediate action to resolve issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
* Supplies Management: Monitor evening stock levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities, and communicate restocking needs. Ensure that all housekeeping carts are properly stocked and organized for efficient service.
* Health and Safety Compliance: Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation policies to ensure a clean and safe environment. Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues encountered during the evening shift to the appropriate department.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in hospitality or management is a plus.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Strong attention to detail, guest-service oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
* Leadership experience, with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team.
Working Hours:
Evening shifts, typically from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (may vary based on hotel policies).
