The Role:
We are seeking experienced Senior Support Workers to join our team at Positive Futures. As a Senior Support Worker, you will provide high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries, or autism, empowering them to live the life they want.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries, or autism, using a person-centred approach
• Mentor and coach junior staff members to deliver exceptional support
• Develop and implement effective support plans that promote independence and choice
Requirements:
• At least 6 months of paid experience supporting people in a social care setting with a learning/physical disability and/or autism and/or acquired brain injury/neurological disorders
• Previous experience using a person-centred support plan to support someone with a learning disability, acquired brain injury, or autism within a health and social care or community setting (desired)
• QCF/NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (consideration given to candidates without this qualification who are willing to undertake it within an agreed timescale)
