Main Responsibilities
* Investigate and resolve reported issues, including account support requests and potentially abusive content.
* Utilize market knowledge and insights to find solutions that improve the support of our client's community of users.
* Gather, analyze, and utilize data to develop ways to enhance the overall user experience.
* Recognize trends and patterns and escalate issues to the global team.
* Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions.

Work Arrangements

* Shift pattern: You can choose from Day or Evening teams. Your chosen shift will be permanent.
