ABOUT THE ROLE
As Project Manager, your week will be split between the office and on-site. You will be given the flexability to manage your own diary to ensure the work has is completed on time and in budget.
Your daily duties and responsabilites will be:
1. Project Planning and Initiation : Define scope, objectives, and plans.Establish team roles and communication.
2. Resource Management : Allocate resources efficiently.Coordinate with vendors and contractors.
3. Risk and Budget Management : Identify risks and manage budgets.Implement cost-saving measures.
4. Quality Assurance and Schedule : Maintain quality standards.Manage project schedules.
5. Communication and Client Relations : Maintain open communication.Manage client expectations.
6. Health and Safety Compliance : Ensure safety regulations are met.
REQUIREMENTS
7. Expereince Project Managing CAT A & CAT B fit-out projects
8. Good organisation skills
9. Construction Management qualification
10. Great interperosnal skills
