Health & Safety Administrator
We are seeking a skilled Health & Safety Administrator to join our team in Limerick. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of our personnel and subcontractors across various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and review site performance through routine inspections and audits.
* Write risk assessments and method statements for the company and review subcontractors' risk assessments and method statements.
* Report on the safety performance of site personnel and provide recommendations.
* Ensure personnel understand their health and safety-related duties and responsibilities.
* Deliver Tool Box Talks and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
* Complete permit to work for projects.
Requirements:
* Preferred experience working as a Health and Safety Officer in a construction environment within Ireland.
* A recognised Health and Safety Degree is required.
* Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and regulations.
* Excellent communication and reporting skills.
* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
