About the Role:
The Head of Performance will drive high performance through Performance 360 (Quality, Cost, Safety, Delivery and Engagement) by leading and maintaining: OPEX management system (processes, tools, capabilities) embedding through all levels of the organization to drive daily continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities:
* Working in close collaboration with the General manager, drive the building of the OPEX management system, ensuring its consistency with the corporate & SPI strategic priorities & objectives
* Ensure Performance 360 is embedded across the site (Quality, Cost Delivery, Safety & Engagement)
* Embed Portfolio planning and management, program and project Management processes across the organisation to ensure that the right projects are being executed efficiently in line with strategic priorities.
Key Areas of Focus:
* Digital transformation roadmap and solutions
* Project management (Site projects and project management office - PMO)
* Cross-functional team leadership and influencing at all organisational levels to develop the required mindsets - motivating stakeholders and the organization to act with urgency.
Requirements:
* Degree in an Engineering or scientific discipline
* 1+ years experience in project management or a business improvement program in a manufacturing environment
Desirable Skills:
* OPEX practitioner and transformation leader
* Cross-disciplinary thinker with a positive personality and an uncompromising drive to transform and improve operations
* Lean 6-Sigma experience in a manufacturing environment
* Strong knowledge of all PMO (Portfolio planning and management, project management ) processes
* Expertise in change management
