Job Summary
* Supervise staff and contractors delivering signalling installation activities, ensuring daily work meets safety, quality, and productivity standards.
* Support allocated resources with experience and technical solutions to enhance performance.
* Maintain site documentation in compliance with company, project, and client requirements.
* Monitor site for safe working practices and potential risks, challenging poor behaviours and unsafe acts.

Requirements
* Experience: Civil Engineering Projects (Roads, Highways, Piling, Earthworks, Bridges)
* Communication Skills: Good communication skills are essential for this role.
* Risk Assessment: Knowledge of the risk assessment process is required.
* Courses: Experience in industry-related Health, Safety, and Environmental courses is necessary.
* Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is expected.
