Job Overview
To assist the Spa & Salon Director/Salon Supervisor in maintaining the highest standards of professionalism in all aspects of operations.
Maintain a five-star level of cleanliness and ensure all treatments are carried out to the highest standards, meeting targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Day-to-day responsibility for equipment, products, cleanliness, and hygiene of treatment areas.
* Awareness of all treatments offered and any promotions available at any given time.
* Punctuality and preparation in advance of treatments.
* Assess guest needs and inquire about contraindications before beginning service.
* Anticipate guests' service needs, asking questions to better understand their needs and watching/listening to guest preferences.
* Confirm guest name and treatment prior to beginning treatment.
* Address guests' service needs professionally, positively, and timely.
* Arrange workstation, treatment room, and drapes, ensuring guest comfort and safety.
* Use correct quantities of products and maintain cleanliness of workstation and treatment room.
* Responsible for keeping up high standards of treatment and service.
* Check with guest for continued comfort throughout service.
* Maintain stock levels following set standards.
* Attend and adhere to training courses as deemed necessary.
* Responsible for achieving sales targets.
* Accurately record daily sales figures.
* Assist with demonstrations/events and promote spa/salon services.
* Actively listen and respond positively to guest questions, concerns, and requests.
* Partner with others to promote teamwork and achieve common goals.
* Be adaptable and accountable for actions.
* Cover reception as required.
* Perform other duties deemed reasonable by management.
* Courtesy to guests and staff at all times.
Requirements
* Good spoken English with adequate written English.
* CIBTAC/ITEC/CIDESCO or equivalent qualifications.
* Previous treatment experience within an international hotel group.
* Retail sales experience.

Reporting Structure
Reports to: Spa & Salon Director/Salon Supervisor.
Key Relationships
* Internal: All Hotel/Leisure club Guests, All Ladies & Gentlemen.
* External: Any external vendors.
