ICDS is currently recruiting a Finishing Foreman for a leading developer for multiple housing projects in the Dublin Area, including new build housing projects.
These projects include A-rated homes.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the finishing stages of residential and apartment construction projects.
Ensure projects are delivered within budget and on schedule.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in a similar role within the residential/apartment construction sector.
Trade and/or technical qualifications.
Proven track record of delivering similar projects.
Experience working on large housing schemes is preferred.
