Role
This continuous and rapid growth has created two new exciting development opportunities across their commercial function, both roles will involve technical sales and account management activities to deliver growth and profitability by supporting their existing and expanding network of trade and retail customers.
You will be accountable for delivering day-to-day support for their customers by ensuring that all proposals and enquiries are dealt with in a professional, timely and accurate manner. These will initially be internal conceptual sales opportunities encompassing relationship building, providing technical sales support, problem solving, identifying and designing solutions cohesively, account management and completing and developing new and existing business enquiries. You will be an integral part of a can-do culture and will work closely with a hands-on business management team. You will be operating in a customer solution-based environment, encompassing 5 key areas of responsibility from Managing sales and enquiries, Scheduling and planning, Customer Interaction and engagement, Account management including key visits as appropriate and Customer service and aftercare.

* The soft skills and ability to manage customers and an account base whilst recognising new business opportunities.
* A technical aptitude and/or vehicle parts knowledge.
* Leaving certificate or of graduate calibre.
* Problem solving, confident, self-belief and structured approach whilst highly organised.
* A keen eye for detail and ensure the effective administration of Sales processes and procedures.
* The desire to develop industry relationships and accumulate industry knowledge.
* Good listener and communicator at all levels through all mediums.
* Ideally a minimum of 2 years’ experience in related automotive sector/dealership or B2B support services is desirable but not a must.
