Regional Sales Manager – Midlands/South East
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new sales from new and existing customers, including FMCG retail outlets and SMEs nationwide. This involves working on their own initiative to find and create leads and adopting a proactive approach to making sales.
As part of a nationwide sales team, the Sales Manager will manage and grow key relationships, identify new sales opportunities with SMEs, and ensure excellent service is delivered at all times.
Key responsibilities include setting and achieving quarterly sales targets, contacting new customers nationwide to sell various products, sourcing sales leads through research and referrals, and maintaining accurate records of daily sales and customer service calls.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years proven sales experience, preferably in the payment services industry, with technical selling skills and product knowledge. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are also essential.

1. Set and achieve quarterly sales targets as set by the National Sales Manager.
2. Contact new customers nationwide to sell various financial products.
3. Source sales leads through research and referrals from existing customers.
4. Maintain accurate records of daily sales and customer service calls.
5. Produce accurate and timely reports on sales progress.
