Job Description:
A dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager is required to oversee the success of our hotel's food and beverage outlets in Cork.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive business plan to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, maximum sales, and profitability.
* Conduct regular inspections of food and beverage areas to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and recommend preventive maintenance measures.
* Collaborate with the Head Chef, Director of Sales & Marketing, and Food and Beverage Operations Manager to plan and coordinate in-house activities and packages.
* Select and implement strategies to enhance guest service, food production techniques, and efficiency.
* Assist in preparing the food and beverage business plan and monitor guest satisfaction levels.
* Screen, interview, and select potential supervisors and team members for the department.
* Maintain effective internal communications, including daily and monthly meetings with supervisors and team members, to ensure optimal teamwork and productivity.
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in the Food & Beverage sector.
* 1-2 years of hotel management experience.
* Fully flexible as the role requires working 5 out of 7 days a week.
