We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Sales to join our team at {company}. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, with experience of developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive growth and revenue.
This is a full-time permanent role, reporting directly to the CEO. As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving business expansion into new markets, including the North of Ireland and the UK.
About the Role
* Provide a strategic framework for sales growth in Ireland and the UK.
* Develop and implement the Commercial strategy.
* Lead on implementation, reporting, and reviewing of strategic and operational sales & marketing plans.
* Lead and project manage the sales team and wider working groups.
Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for agreed sales/income targets, budgets, and KPIs.
* To stay abreast of progress and direction in the premix and feed additive sector in Ireland and the UK.
* Identifying and leading new opportunities, including on-site presentations, negotiating, and closing.
* Expand the business into the North of Ireland and the UK.
Requirements
* A degree in Agriculture, Veterinary, or Business.
* A knowledge of animal nutrition would be an advantage.
* Minimum 7-10 years of experience working at management level in Sales.
* Experience of developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
Estimated Salary
€120,000 - €150,000 per annum
