Permanent Development Role available in Ireland:
Development Finance Process Manager, €62-80k, (Dublin): Lead on all aspects of funding within the Development team, including cashflow preparations, funding applications, reviewing funding approvals, reconciliations, and ensuring approval from the Finance department.
Our client has an extensive Housing Development programme and are adding around 1500 homes per year to their €2 billion of assets. They have provided safe, secure and affordable housing since 2006. In partnership with Key Stakeholders, the main focus is on delivering more quality homes to more people and providing an outstanding Customer experience to 35,000 residents. Salaries are negotiable depending upon experience, plus additional Organisational Performance Pay which has been 7% for the last 2 years. Hybrid working will be available after the first 6 months and is generally 3 days in the office / on site and 2 days from home.
