Job Overview
We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our rapidly growing organization. As a leading provider of innovative water solutions across the Island of Ireland, we are a proud part of Britvic Ireland unit. You will be working with Aqua Libra’s advanced Smartest Tap technology and Aqua Libra Flavour Taps, which are transforming the water vending industry. Please note that the role will require frequent travel across the northern region of Ireland and the Leinster area.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with a team of Engineers to attend customer sites for the installation, servicing, and repair of a variety of water dispensing systems, including chilled, sparkling, and boiling taps.
Conduct site audits with the Sales Team to assess the feasibility of installations. Provide expert recommendations on how to bring water, waste, and power to the required locations.
Oversee and manage scheduled preventative maintenance visits, including sanitation, filter replacements, and repairs, to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Become fully knowledgeable about the entire range of products offered by the Aqua Libra brand, and use this expertise to enhance customer satisfaction.
Complete all service-related documentation, including service dockets, installation sheets, and updates to journey plans.
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to travel across Ireland, including occasional overnight stays. The majority of travel for this role will focus on the Leinster Region and Northern regions, including Northern Ireland.
Take responsibility for managing stock levels, including parts used during service visits. This includes inventory management, picking stock from the warehouse, keeping accurate records, and conducting quarterly stock audits.
Actively participate in weekly team meetings to review completed jobs, plan upcoming tasks, and discuss any challenges or areas for improvement. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Nice to Have
A background in plumbing or water vending would be an advantage, but is not essential. Comprehensive training will be provided to the successful candidate.
Prior experience including engineering apprenticeships will be considered a plus.
