Job Description Overview
The ideal candidate should have sales experience, be target-driven and results oriented with experience in customer service. The tasks of the successful candidate will include, but will not be limited to:
1. Engaging with and understanding prospective clients, identifying the scope of requirements with a client-centric approach through to confirming business.
2. Generating sales throughout client accounts, managing the full sales cycle, nurturing ongoing account management, developing and maintaining long-term relationships with accounts.
3. Business Acumen/Commercial awareness - understanding what makes the organisation successful and using that knowledge to grow the business.
4. Maintaining consistently high levels of output, reporting on client engagement through the company CRM system – meeting and exceeding KPI’s daily.
5. Attention to detail – Ensuring the service is compliant with regards to health and safety, local employment legislation, and staff qualifications.
6. Following company processes diligently, regularly auditing the position of the organisation within the industry and ensuring that any unusual factors pertaining to service and/or site staff are disclosed to clients in writing.
7. Ensuring client needs and requirements are met in a timely manner.
8. Communicating client needs through the CRM system outlining the criteria to exceed client expectations.
9. Accurately forecasting and tracking client account metrics, including prospective business pipelines and current business.
10. Managing profit margins and pricing in line with company guidelines.
11. Adopting responsibility and being passionate about joining forces with various team members.
12. Managing the entire process within the client relationship, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals.
13. Researching and identifying opportunities to grow business with new and existing clients.
14. Collaborating with other team members to reach prospective clients and generate revenue.
15. Serving multiple clients concurrently, taking into consideration tight deadlines.
Skills Required
1. Ideally 2 years B2B sales experience.
2. Understanding of local employment legislation.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication.
4. Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
5. Confident and honest team player.
6. A team player who is customer-focused with acute attention to detail.
7. A can-do attitude who can solve problems and will always look for solutions.
8. Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
9. Self-motivated, proactive, and flexible.
10. An individual who is willing to take ownership and responsibility.
