Our client is seeking a Construction Administrator to join their team in The Midlands. Our client is a growing main contractor in the construction industry.
As a Construction Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the on-site construction operations. You will be responsible for providing administrative assistance and ensuring the smooth functioning of site-related documentation and processes.

Responsibilities
* Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of project-related documentation, including contracts, drawings, permits, and correspondence.
* Reporting: Generate and compile reports on project progress, site activities, and personnel attendance to support project management.
* Communication: Facilitate effective communication between on-site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and the main office.
* Support Site Operations: Assist in coordinating site logistics, including deliveries, access control, and site inductions for new personnel.
* Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the project team, including organizing meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
* Health and Safety Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining records of safety inspections and reports.
* Quality Assurance: Support quality control processes by maintaining records of inspections, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
Requirements:
* 4+ years experience in a similar site administration role within the construction industry.
* A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
* Proficient in MS Office suite and project management software.
* Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and documentation.
* Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
