COMMERCIAL ADMINISTRATOR, East Donegal.
We are working with a client (manufacturing company) we know well and have placed with previously many times across various departments, an Employer based outside Letterkenny who currently have a vacancy for a Commercial Administrator to join the Admin Team.
Duties include: You will provide support to a Group of Key account managers in their day-to-day activities.
A detailed job description will be provided but duties include: ? email administration; ? telephone calls; ? diary management; ? flights/travel/accommodation arrangements; ? expenses admin; ? sample preparation; ? completion of various customer documentations, e.g., price files, tenders, technical documentation; ? liaise with various internal and external stakeholders; ? attend internal meetings, taking minutes and sharing same; ? completion of reports, presentations; ? supporting customer/ other external visits arrangements, e.g., refreshments, PPE clothing for factory visits; ? assist in preparing for trade shows; ? attend customer visits, trade shows as required; ? prepare/issue marketing material; ? update company social media; ? other duties as requested.
Experience, Skills and Attributes A successful Commercial Administrator will have: o Substantial and proven experience as a Commercial Administrator, Contracts Administrator, or in a similar role ideally within the manufacturing or similar industry.
o Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office suite) o Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
